Operations run from centres in Prague and Warsaw, in addition to a small head office team based at London\u2019s Heathrow airport.<\/p>\n<p>Stewart Angus, dnata\u2019s Divisional Senior Vice President of International Airport Operations commented on dnata&#8217;s acquisition of what he called the \u201cmarket leading\u201d company in centralised load control, remarking that it will serve to broaden dnata\u2019s portfolio and strengthen its position as a leader in its field.<br \/>\n\u201cAir Dispatch is a company with a strong track record and valuable expertise and we are confident that they will be a beneficial addition to the dnata family,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Nick Yeadon, CEO of Air Dispatch CLC, who will continue to head up the operation, added: \u201cWe are excited to be entering the next phase of Air Dispatch CLC\u2019s development. dnata is an excellent home for our growing business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This marks the latest in a stream of recent acquisitions by dnata, including that of Ground Services International in the US, RM Ground Services in Brazil, and a notable investment in ground handling operations in Milan, as well as in cargo facilities at Amsterdam Schiphol airport.<\/p>\n<p>Fonte: Ground Handling International<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Global ground handling services provider dnata is to purchase a majority stake in Air Dispatch Centralised Load Control, part of the Chapman Freeborn Group.
