Aerocare will join Swissport&#8217;s existing portfolio of operations, which span 280 airports across five continents.<\/p>\n<p>Under the new ownership structure, Swissport will acquire Aerocare and its subsidiary companies Skycare, Carbridge and EasyCart from existing owners including Archer Capital for an undisclosed sum.<\/p>\n<p>Swissport\u2019s unconditional offer has received all requisite regulatory approvals including that of Australia\u2019s Foreign Investment Review Board. Following the completion of the acquisition in the coming weeks, Swissport will invest in Aerocare\u2019s operations and employee base to grow and enhance the business.<\/p>\n<p>Aerocare will continue to operate under the Aerocare brand, and its management team will continue to lead the Aerocare business from its Australian headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Glenn Rutherford, CEO of Aerocare, commented: \u201cThis is an exciting time for Aerocare, as 2017 marks our 25th anniversary.
